As I can’t always guarantee the amount of time I have available to support the FolioPro and FolioPlayer apps I decided it was unfair for me to charge for them. So I’ve decided to remove the pricing on the respective app stores.

For FolioPro in particular, removing this barrier to entry will allow more people to dabble with the app and understand all of the uses that it has. I’m also changing my social media so now you can follow me on Folio-related topics on X where I’m @folioprodev.

Reducing the pricing to zero means that I have no revenue to support the future development of Folios but I’ll address that in due course with some kind of optional patreon-type funding.
